DINNER EXCHANGE PROGRAM

HOW IT WORKS

Each hosting Affiliate Organization is an independent and may be run differently than the Organization you belong to.  However you must follow the rules of the hosting organization.

If you belong to or know of an organization that would be interested in participating in our exchange program please have them contact Robert. 

 MEMBER'S AGREEMENT

Members are subject to the rules and guidelines of the hosting organization

You must be a member in "good standing" with one of the participating companies.  As a visiting member you need to follow these guidelines and may be required to sign an Agreement prior to attending the hosting affiliate’s dinner.

You as a member should make request at least two weeks ahead.

Your first contact must be made through the organization you belong to.

If you belong to a local organization that has a similar competing company within 75 miles, your request may not be honored.

Members agree to these costs to be paid to hosting organization

$15 participation fee (or the fee set by the hosting organization) plus the actual cost of the dinner.  The Participation fee must be prepaid.

If member cancels less than 48 hours before the dinner the member pay a $25 Cancellation Fee; (or the fee set by the hosting organization) if member “no shows or no calls” member is charged a $35 “No Show Fee”  (or the fee set by the hosting organization).

In extreme weather if member feels that it is unsafe the drive, member may call and cancel and not be charged any fees, provided that they have called both the hosting organization’s office and the restaurant.

Member must have their home organization contact the hosting organization.

Member must confirm their arrangements no later than 48 hours before the dinner with the hosting organization.
